Cookie policy
Last updated July 20, 2026
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) the website uses, why we use them, and how you can control your preferences. It should be read alongside our Privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies, like local storage, to remember your preferences between visits. Some are set by us directly (“first-party”), and some by the third-party services we use (“third-party”).
How we ask for consent
When you first visit the website, a cookie banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies loads before you make a choice. Your decision is stored in your browser’s local storage and remembered for future visits — you can change it at any time using the controls at the bottom of this page.
Necessary cookies
These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other sites and do not require consent. We use this category to remember your cookie preference itself.
Analytics cookies
With your permission, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people navigate between them — so we can improve it. These only load after you grant consent, and are disabled by default. We currently use:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — usage and traffic analytics.
- Firebase Analytics — app and web usage analytics from the same Google/Firebase product family.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time; doing so stops these services from loading on future page views.
Cookieless measurement
We also use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic measurement tool that does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites. Because it stores nothing on your device, it runs regardless of your analytics cookie choice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy from time to time as we add or remove tools. We encourage you to review this page periodically — continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
