Botchan Karakuri Clock Matsuyama

The Botchan Karakuri Clock is a mechanical clock in Hōjō-en, the plaza directly in front of Dōgo Onsen Station in Matsuyama. Erected in 1994 to commemorate the centennial anniversary of the Dōgo Onsen Honkan, it rises more than five metres and has become a local icon.
